Hours:

We are generally available from 11 am to 11 pm Eastern time, 7 days a week. We are available at other times by arrangement.

Technical information:

We can accept handwritten or typewritten manuscripts, standard or microcassettes, disks, email attachments or facsimiles. We work primarily in MS Word, but we can accept and deliver many other word processing formats. For graphic design, we use Illustrator, Photoshop, PageMaker, Quark XPress and LaTeX, and can convert to and from other formats. We can return your work as hard copy, on disk or via email/ftp.
